Enter the email address on your Dudu: Baby AI Tracker account. If an account exists, we'll send a one-time confirmation link — nothing is deleted until you open it.
Start deletion request
We do not delete immediately from this form. The request must be confirmed from a one-time email link sent to the account email address.
If an account exists for that email, a confirmation link has been sent. Nothing will be deleted unless the email link is opened.
What gets deleted
- Your Dudu: Baby AI Tracker account and authentication record.
- Owned baby profiles, care logs, notes, collaboration data, and related cloud files.
- Associated cloud data that depends on the account for normal product use.
Deletion is permanent after the email confirmation link is used.
How the web flow works
Submit the email address tied to your Dudu: Baby AI Tracker account.
We send a one-time confirmation link to the matching account email.
Once confirmed, the backend deletes the account and related cloud data.
